Mark as Useful When I answer no one says anything. I called back and of course it says all of operators are busy. No they aren't because they never say anything!!

Mark as Useful Called asking if I wanted to reduce my credit card interest rate, would not tell me what card other than Visa/MC.
I have called the number back just be asked if I want to be removed from their list.
